leookun ed300cc92e feat(docs): add wrangler configuration for cursor-byok documentation site 
- Created a new wrangler.jsonc file to define the configuration for the cursor-byok-docs project.
- Set compatibility date and enabled necessary compatibility flags for Node.js API and public fetch.
- Specified asset directory and service bindings for the documentation site.
